You can order an item from the inventory on this site or bring your own items to be monogrammed.
Payment can be made via cash, check, and Pay Pal. We require 50% at time of order and 50% down at time of pickup or delivery. Web orders will require payment in full at time of order.
Katz Kustom Threads LLC wants to make you happy, so we take all precautions to provide you with the highest quality products and services. However, due to the nature of embroidery and embroidery machinery, unforseen defects, damage, or results that are different from your expectations are out of our control. Katz Kustom Threads LLC is not responsible for replacement or cost of customer supplied goods if they become damaged in the process of embellishment.
Customer supplied garments must be freshly laundered in order for the best possible embroidery. An additional fee will be incurred if we have to have your item cleaned before embroidering. Katz Kustom Threads LLC reserves the right to refuse work due to unlaundered, old, delicate, hard to hoop, or questionable items.
Personalized items and services are not returnable or refundable.
